• Staff: 10 Really helpfull and polite
• Quietness: 7.5 It was good. One night a lot of noise on the street because of the soccer game.
• Room: 7.5 Good, clean. The soap wasn't refilled during our stay. It it is the price included every night, so it should be refilled every night.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent

• Cleanliness: 7.5 We loved the cleaning lady because she went out of her way to get our room ready when we checked in dead tired. Forget about privacy, though. Like several hotels in Europe, the rooms get cleaned whether you leave a do not disturb sign or not.
• Location: 7.5 It was not near the River and main tourist attractions, but not all that far; easy public transportation (bus worked best in most cases if you don't like having to change metros), and plenty around us, including the beautiful Sacred Heart Basilica.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Didn't try the breakfast; opted to go out for breakfast in Paris because of all the outdoor cafes. Has a 24-hour front desk, a little lounging area by the front desk, a working elevator, a nice bed (we lucked out and had nice beds everywhere we went, which had been a concern because of other people's comments), a little balcony with a view, and a private, adequate private bathroom with shower.
• Staff: 7.5 The staff was courteous and efficient.
• Quietness: 7.5 There was no problem with noise. Once in a while voices would carry up when balcony open, but nothing major at all.
• Room: 5 Could probably use some spiffing up, but they were maintained adequately clean.
• Value for money: 5 It was good value for the money, by European standards.
