• Positive: Room was very clean, the Panoramic view was very nice
• Negative: Wifi did not work. Complaints to front desk resulted in half-hearted reset of router, which did not fix the problem. Since "free wifi" was a primary reason I chose the hotel, and the lack of it seriously impacted what I was able to accomplish on the trip, I was very disappointed.

• Staff: 5 Back in the day French hotel clerks were rude. Now things are better.
• Quietness: 5 It's on a noisy street, and I heard my room neighbors quite a lot. I wasn't bothered by it, but it would matter to some people.
• Room: 5 Room was small, and oddly shaped. Not pretty. The view was excellent, when you walked over to the window.
• Value for money: 2.5 I paid for wifi, I didn't get it.
