• Negative: 1. Beach sunbeds very poor. Folding legs prone to collapse. On Saturday 28th September my wife had her hand crushed when the sunbed collapsed. Nautico staff brought ice and towels to assist. Please get better quality and sturdier sunbeds for the beach. 1. Beach sunbeds very poor. Folding legs prone to collapse. Raphael was on duty only 2 of the 8 days we were guests at the hotel. Problems with non-guests invading space and removing sunbeds and umbrellas. On Friday 27th September while we were a few meters away having lunch in Nautico non-guests took our towels and personal items from the sunbeds and used the sunbeds themselves. Incident reported to reception. Again, no Raphael and no security.

• Location: 10 Beautiful location on edge of sea, views of mountains and right in the middle of town with all it's street entertainment and people watching
• Common facilities and services: 10 Could not ask for more. very varied breakfast, pool, beach location.
• Staff: 10 Everyone of them from cleaner, maintenance, catering, reception and beach area etc, could not do enough.
• Quietness: 10 Fantastic. No noise from neighbouring rooms at all and with the window closed even the noise of a wedding reception coulnot be heard.
• Room: 10 Great. Everything one could need from toiletries, very comfortable beds, even a safe and air-conditioning.
• Value for money: 10 Restaurant is good value and from start to finish was very happy with our weeks holiday.
