• Negative: un hotel que ofrece piscina climatizada interior, no debería ser una guardería de niños, no hubo un momento en que no estuviese copada por niños hinchables y sus progenitores vociferando. creo que debería haber zonas diferenciadas para adultos que se quieren dar un baño y niños que necesitan jugar. Pero de no ser esto posibles horas diferenciadas de acceso.

• Staff: Not rated El problema no fue la amabilidad sino ls falta de formalidad, llegamos pasadas las 15:00h y la habitación aún no estaba preparada y nos pidieron que nos fuéramos a comer y que nos avisarían. Tardaron unos 45' lo cual asumí, el problema viene cuando al día siguiente solicitó salir 1 hora más tarde y me dicen que no, tras insistir y explicar el retraso en la llegada, no le dan importancia y casi por la insistencia, me conceden 30'. No lo entendí y me sentí incómodo y con una clara posición dominante de la recepcionista sobre una petición bien justificada.
