• Positive: La limpieza de la habitación, los detalles al llegar, la amabilidad tanto en recepción como en el restaurante como en el spa, como en limpieza del personal. Las instalaciones están muy bien
• Negative: Falta de información en el spa y para el spa,no nos hizo falta porque lo conocíamos y ya pedimos toallas y sabíamos donde estaba todo y que no nos dijeron aunq no pasa nada porque ya lo conocíamos que podíamos ir el domingo al spa que como íbamos con una niña pequeña sabíamos de la otra vez que podíamos asistir al spa el domingo antes de irnos. Tampoco me gustó que en teoría tenemos Albornoz y zapatillas para todos y para la niña no había.El café pésimo y el jamon serrano no es muy bueno.Echo de menos zona recreativa infantil.

• Room: 7.5 No sé si en veranverano ponen tendedero en la terraza para ropa de baño y sillas y una mesita en terraza, y a mi me habría hecho falta barrera infantil
