• Common facilities and services: Not rated 1- Hemos elegido la habitación con terraza y vista a la alhambra (bastante más cara que las demas) con la intención de desayunar allí y, aunque en las fotos de la habitación justamente destacan esto, nos han dicho que no se puede porque al ser desayuno buffet no  lo pueden subir a la habitación. Primera decepción. 2- Además, queríamos tener bañera en la habitación (y la tuvimos) pero al usar la ducha se salía toda el agua porque la mampara no funciona bien. Entonces, el baño estuvo lleno de agua cada vez que nos duchamos. Además, el baño de esta habitación huele mal, bastante mal! Sale olor de las tuberías. 3- La cama es incómoda y las almohadas también. La sabana estaba sucia en una esquina.
