• Cleanliness: 10 This hotel is the cleanest hotel I’ve been in and it makes all the difference. Keep up the good work!
• Location: 10 In the middle of the old town, close to the cathedral and everything you would want to visit as a tourist and still very quiet.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Very convenient that you can make tea/coffee and have water all day long. I love that there is no such thing standing around in the room.
• Staff: 10 Very kind and attentive.
• Quietness: 10 We didn’t hear anything from the hotel or the outside, our suite was very much tucked away.
• Room: 10 Beautiful furniture that matched the whole hotel. Very clean.
