• Quietness: 7.5 Can hear some of the street noise but not bad
• Room: 7.5 Some of the rooms do not have windows that look out to the street but into a small inside airvent

• Positive: Centrally location, one block from subway and hop-off/hop-on bus. Also, the staff was most helpful. I was there during a taxi strike. One staff member walked me to the subway to explain and show me where exactly to buy my ticket and what platform to take the train from so I would get to the airport the next morning. That was totally fabulous and calmed my nerves. The accommodation rating is better than average but not superior. It's s Great Place, clean, efficient.

• Positive: The Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service was prompt and very courteous.
• Negative: The air conditioning in my room was broken and it was a very hot night. I had to sleep with the window open (it was an inner courtyard room, so there wasn't any real fresh air and it was really close to the windows in the other rooms, totally killing any privacy. They did provide me with a fan and an apology, but no discount on the room.

• Location: 10 Right on the Plaza and very close to everything. The exterior rooms can be a bit noisy, so higher floors would be best.
