• Positive: Amenities of hotel for the price range was good.
• Negative: Location. I had no idea how incredibly busy the Puerto Del Sol really is. Although the hotel room has very thick windows to block out the noise, just walking out of the hotel makes me nervous and gives anxiety due to the enormous amount of people. Next time, I won't be staying due to the busy location of this hotel. Too much people and noise around the Puerto Del Sol.

Beautiful room! Very clean and comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful street view, and yet room is VERY quiet. Great breakfast included. Great central location. Loved it all!

• Quietness: 10 Amazingly quiet room, on a busy street. Double pane large windows were very effective.
• Room: 10 Beautiful, exceeded my expectations. Ours was a "city view" room. For a room with street view like ours, one must request "city view". Some rooms face an inside plain atrium, same lovely decor, windows but no view, these are also very quiet and less money.
• Value for money: 7.5 Very good value for money. I will definitely return here on my next visit, if I am fortunate enough to be able to come to Spain again. Loved it. Thank you.
