• Location: 10 ソル広場に面していて、何処でも徒歩で周れるし、にぎやかで楽しい
• Common facilities and services: 10 シンプルだけど、不満はない程度。欲を言えば部屋に冷蔵庫（ミニバー）があると助かる。
• Staff: 10 皆感じが良く親切で、数回リピートしているので、覚えていてくれていて嬉しい。
• Quietness: 10 周囲はソル広場からの騒音はあるが、それは窓をしめれば聞こえず、あえてその雰囲気を好んで選んでいるので、逆に快適！
• Room: 10 充分広く、シンプルで清潔なので、文句なし。 見晴らしも追加料金で通り側にしてもらったので、広場も眺められるし最高！
• Value for money: 10 とにかく快適でリピートできは15年前から。マドリッドの常宿です。
