• Positive: The location. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant staff were most pleasant and helpful. Made for a very enjoyable stay. Recommended by Rick Steves. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

• Positive: the location and the sound proofing of the windows. We opened our windows on to Plaza de Sol. It was very relaxing and fun to watch what was going on in the square from the comfort of your room/balcony.
