• Negative: the apparent indifference of *some* of the employees ... maybe just a cultural difference ... but there were a few that were really a bit grouchy and unwilling to help us figure out the best way to get back to the airport on Sunday (i.e. cab, subway, private transportation service etc.)

• Negative: The room was extremely noisy. Our room was on the ground floor near the elevator, lobby and maid service room. We heard every noise from guests entering late at night due to the echo of their shoes on the tile floor. Talking near the elevator, and hotel maid staff doing laundry moving carts,etc. We actually ending up switching hotels due to the noise of the room. Also the water in the shower was cold.
