• Positive: The location was great, so convienent to everything. The rooms were clean. Our room opened to the square, the doors to the balcony were of very high quality and very secure. This kept down the noise in the square when you were sleeping. The Cafe Europa was excellent. If you eat at the counter from the bar menu it is a real bargain and excellent food. The people running the desk are very accommodating and speak enough English to make communicating less stressful. Really enjoyed this hotel, we would definitely say here again. Also, they have triples and quads for families, and the triple was very spacious.

• Positive: su situación es excelente!! si vas de paseo, o de compras solo tienes que salir del hotel y todo esta literalmente al abrir la puerta, las principales tiendas por departamentos, la estación del metro, autobuses, el autobus turístico madrid visión, restaurantes, su ubicación es inmejorable. Yo estuve tres noches, viajaba sola y me resultó ideal. La atención es muy buena y el personal muy amable.
