• Staff: 10 Professional, dedicated and without exception very friendly
• Quietness: 7.5 Outside there is quite a bit of traffic noise, but hotel is well isolated so inside very quiet
• Room: 10 Room was very nice, good size, all equipment was brand new
• Value for money: 7.5 Very luxurious hotel and that comes at a price. As long as the hotel is not ready, I find it relatively expensive

• Positive: The service is impeccable. Everyone seemed happy to assist, and remembered details (e.g., what type of coffee capsules we liked in the room, and how we liked our coffee in the dining room for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The grounds were beautiful.
• Negative: The bedding had a funny smell. Maybe brand new, and unwashed? Also, the gym wasn't open yet. The dinner at the hotel was disappointing. Limited menu. Food was ok- not great. Wouldn't eat dinner there again. We were disappointed that the hotel didn't acknowledge our 30th anniversary, even though my husband informed them that we would be arriving on our anniversary. My husband had roses sent to the room, but nothing from the hotel.
