• Positive: The view, the room, the atrium (spectacular).
• Negative: It is still very much a work in progress. I would be interested to know if you intend to significantly raise the prices on completion of all the services. It is currently a pretty limited service (bedroom and breakfast), with a lot of works going on.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Couples, Luxury, Peace seekers, Classic style lovers, Business travelers

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Generally good, but outside space unusable currently due to all the works.
• Location: 10
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Almost nothing is ready yet. I realise it is in pre-opening phase, but would like to understand whether this is reflected in the current prices for the rooms.
• Staff: 10 Excellent. In particular the porters were fantastic.
• Quietness: 10 Cannot be faulted.
• Room: 7.5 For a premium room (441) - it feels a little small, although view is spectacular (my parents have just stayed in 517, considerably cheaper, but the room is better, although it does not have the same spectacular view.
• Value for money: 5 Given that it is still only 50% operational, I think the price remains a little steep (unless the intention is to raise prices much higher on completion).

• Positive: exterior design, complimentary inroom breakfast when breakfast included in rate
• Negative: Understanding that the hotel is in the pre-opening face, mistake and hickups might happen. Thus, that the bathroom floods when showering and water enters not only in the bathrrom but until the bed is something the hotel is going to fix as it was not the first time it occurs but has been already posted on tripadvisor. The night clerk was very helpful and brought towels and all. What I would expect however, that this is adressed and somewhat recovered the next day/ or at check out, but nothing, meaning that no communication flow is established. Moreover, I waited 20 minutes to check out as I refused to pay the in-room breakfast given the fact that the inroom dining menu clearly states that breakfast is included in the room when having buffet breakfast with your rate. Agent at check out seemed to have no authority to make the decision to take it off and had t call around the hotel to get somebody to decide. I feel I should get a discount as value for money was fairly low.

• Staff: 10 Excellent for the bellman staff, great selection of your people who welcome and farewell outside the door, both the french trainee and the italian staff superb. reception check in agent very junior needs more training and confidence, the front desk manager however very professional and corteous, check out the same, the second agent seemed to have no decision making authority.

• Room: 2.5 Shower drains dont drain fast enough, shower has no grade, water floods even the bedroom!
• Value for money: 2.5 As described before, staying for a special occasion, mentioned in the booking, no card, no welcome fruit or cava acknowledging the fact whatsoever, shower flooding the bedroom, check out extremeley delayed for 53€ charge in room breakfast which should be free according to your in room dining menu, not acceptable, even for preopening hotel.
