• Negative: we had friends in the city who would meet us at the hotel and were put through the ringer just to sit in the lobby

• Cleanliness: 10 spotless rooms, cleaned once and then "picked up" later in the day
• Location: 10 we could get almost anywhere within minutes
• Common facilities and services: 5 nothing special
• Staff: 7.5 very attentive - almost to attentive when you had a friend visiting
• Quietness: 10 sound proof rooms.
• Room: 5 not super big. fairly basic
• Value for money: 7.5 Location made it worth it. Price was very reasonable
