• Location: 10 On a pedestrian walkway close to excellent food and shopping. Within (long) walking distances of Prado & Reina Sofia. Transit nearby.

• Staff: 7.5 The desk staff was very helpful. However, on one day our room had still not been made up by 4:00 pm. We called and it was corrected within the hour.
• Quietness: 10 Despite being on the 4th floor and facing a busy pedestrian walkway, we heard no street noises.
• Room: 10 Enjoyed the bathroom toiletries, the big rain shower, the good lighting and the room size.
• Value for money: 10

• Location: 10 Ubicación ideal, se puede ir andando a la mayoria de puntos turísticos. A pesar de estar un una zona peatonal los taxis pueden dejarte y recogerte en la puerta sin problemas
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Hecho en falta un bar en la zona lobby o en una terraza superior donde poder tomar una copa. Aunque hay un restaurante no es practico si lo unico que quieres es tomarte una copa a media tarde o por la noche
• Staff: 10 un 10 tanto a recepcion como servicio habitaciones como personal de desayunos
• Quietness: 5 a pesar de haber doble ventana y persianas por la noche se oye bastante el ruido de la calle
• Room: 7.5 habitacion pequeña pero con los equipamientos suficientes. El baño perfecto, tanto en espacio como equipamiento como kits de cortesia
• Value for money: 7.5
