• Positive: Upgrade to the big suite with the giant deck.
• Negative: The sewer gas smell in the bathroom. We had to plug all the drains and fill them with water to make it livable. But, my parents stayed on another floor and didn't have this issue, so it must be just the suite.

• Quietness: 7.5 The folks on the 3rd floor heard some street noise, but the 6th floor was quiet but for the occasional elevator noise.
• Room: 10 Large and spacious. LOVED the deck. We spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed many meals out there.
