• Location: 7.5 this hotel was recommended to me by a friend who visited last year (also from Trinidad) - they loved location, hotel & good service... and I was not disappointed.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 would like a pool and gym
• Staff: 10 all very helpful and all able to speak English.
• Quietness: 5
• Room: 7.5 loved the free bar items (cold drinks). coffee/tea and ICE would be nice
• Value for money: 7.5 Excellent breakfast - lots of variety and everything tasted great!!!

• Positive: Friendly, helpful staff plus complimentary mini-bar in room!! The room was spacious and very comfortable too.
• Negative: Taxi driver dropped us off in the wrong location and we had to walk a ways to get to the hotel.

• Location: 7.5 Very close to Puerto del Sol, shopping and cafes nearby too
• Common facilities and services: 5 We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but everyone was very friendly and helpful.
• Staff: 10 Excellent. Very helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 10 View wasn't great, but the room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was luxurious.
• Value for money: 10 Great price for the location plus free mini-bar was nice.
