  • Positive: The staff and service are outstanding. We are welcomed with a smile every time we entered the hotel during our stay. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious. We were remembered from our visit a year ago and greeted with a hug from Pipa who manages the breakfast service. Any question we had regarding the surrounding area and available services were provided with a smile. We were recognized as repeat visitors and were made to feel like old friends. We would definitely stay again and have recommended the hotel to our friends.

  • Location: 10 I don't think it could get any better.
  • Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent. There is a computer to use for a fee per minute along with a printer. Breakfast is buffet style with a coffee machine available for use in the evening provided you supply your own mug. There is a rack in the lobby with a plentiful supply if tourist information and maps.
  • Staff: 10 All staff are friendly and super efficient. Couldn't ask for a better group of people.
  • Quietness: 10 We had a top floor room facing the street and the only noise we heard was the rare siren from an ambulance.
  • Room: 10 Our room was sufficient and cozy. There was plenty of room to move around and ample space to store our clothing and supplies. The bathroom was great and had a wonderful full sized shower. Shampoo and soap was provided and there was a hair dryer mounted to the wall. Our room also had a private roof deck having chairs, a table and rattan patio furniture for our use.
  • Value for money: 10 Great value for the price.
