• Negative: Ningún empleado de los que me atendieron, destaca por sentirse integrado en la empresa, manifestando su orgullo por participar en el proyecto "Mercure Madrid Santo Domingo". Estuve en el edificio de "atrás" y mi sensación es haber ocupado una "segunda marca" del Mercure MSD.

• Location: 10 Great location, close to metro, great restaurants in area. Central to shopping area easy access to museums. Visit original Egyptian Temple, Le Bod in beautiful park, easy walking distance!
• Common facilities and services: 10 Nice rooftop pool for cooling off.

• Quietness: 10 People had complained in reviews about noise, so was worried. We had no problem, front facing room on 3rd floor. Madrid is a vibrant city after all.
• Room: 10 Beautiful decor, we had a very sexy modern black mirror room.
• Value for money: 10 Will definitely stay here again, great location.
