• Cleanliness: 5 The floor in our room was wood and my feet looked dirty after walking around the room barefoot for a little while. I don't think it was properly cleaned throughout our stay. The bathroom was also cleaned the bear minimum in my opinion.
• Location: 10 The hotel was right in the centre of town. Great to get around and the entrance was across the road from the underground station.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The roof top pool was lovely.
• Staff: 7.5 They were helpful but not the most friendly.
• Quietness: 10 couldn't hear a thing in the hallways or from outside and our room looked over the main square out front.
• Room: 5 Room itself was not very big and the décor was plain and not very tasteful. All the rooms seem to be different though as we had friends who had lovely rooms. If you get an ugly one ask to switch.
• Value for money: 7.5

• Positive: Balcony in our second room (we asked for a change from our first not at all nice room in the basement). Also the pool was nice when it was available.
• Negative: we arrived late and had small children so we didnt say anything when we saw our room in the basement or as they said 1st floor, no view, hardly any room to move around a huge oversized extra-bed which we hadnt asked for. Anyhow we were given a better room the next daywhen we asked for it. Also the pool was reserved for private parties for quite a few hours and several days of the times that had been advertised.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 We found a pair of used mens underwear under our bed and the boys found used ladies´ shoes under the closet.
• Location: 7.5 walking distance to puerta sol, museums, shopping and restaurants, metro very close.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Lobby was old fashioned not nice at all, our first impression was much worse than our room finally was.
• Staff: 5 Not very friendly or helpful.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 7.5 wi-fi was really slow and partly not working at all although it was much advertised.
