Bedroom - no draw space - no full length mirror (essential) - overall room could have been set out better to maximise space for guests staying longer than a couple of days - table lamp over lapping theTV - the curtains prevent the French doors opening to their fullest
Breakfast - Dy1 poor - fried eggs were floating in oil (did not eat)
Coffee served Luke warm
Lack of choice
Had to request a breakfast menu
Work still ongoing - top restaurant painters - was looking to eat there but on viewing appeared lacking finishing touches & soulless -just a room with tables and chairs
Room - toiletries very basic
In room coffee facilities - sparse
No hairdryer (essential)
Room 107 - not suitable for long stays (1 wk for example )because lack of drawer space & wardrobe space minimal - where would a couple with average an size suitcase put all their belongings let alone their suitcases

The beautiful lobby and decor

I was really disappointed with a few things during my stay: one night the lights in our room started flashing on and off arohnd 2am and again at 3am. The next night our room card holder was flashing green all night. The telephones did not work. We had a drink in the roof bar once and would not come back again after the two drinks arrived very late and one had spilled on the tray and the glass was all wet with juice. The bartender did not apologise or attempt to clean the glass. The glass was wet with juice and dripping onto the table. The bartender took no notice. We stayed in room 305 where we were woken multiple times by people entering the staff door next to us, the door slams very loudly. Overall the hotel is beautiful but there were some disappointing aspects to our stay. We have visited estepona many times and usually rent from friends but this time we wanted to try your beautiful hotel. We paid for a superior room at €159 per night and to be honest, our stay did not live up to this price for the above reasons and unfortunately we left feeling a bit ripped off.

La atención en los desayunos , la encargada ( una chica morena con melenita lisa por el cuello )y la chica rubia unas profesionales , pero el domingo había una chica con pelo moreno en coleta que a parte de ser un desastre se dedicó a criticar a la encargada por las mesas , muy mala imagen porque encima su servicio fue horrible horrible .

Excepto la camarera de coleta morena que estaba el Domingo en los desayunos criticando a la encargada y haciendo un servicio nefasto , me encontré una situación Rocambolesca.

Todo muy bien pero creo que deberían de dejar claro a los huéspedes que no se trata de un hotel de playa , había ciertas habitaciones con las toallas colgadas al exterior dando una imagen muy mala al hotel .
