• Staff: 10 Antonio and Jose Luis the two main managers are wonderful and helpful individuals. The rest of the staff indeed wonderful as well
• Quietness: 7.5 One cannot beat the location yet Barcelona is a peculiar city.
• Room: 7.5 Hard to get used to the hard beds... very common in Spain
