• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean room, was made up perfectly every day by the cleaning staff.
• Location: 10 Right by the metro, but also within a medium walking distance to most tourist attractions. We walked most of the time, but we like the exercise! Tons of restaurants, shops, adorable pastry shop right downstairs.
• Common facilities and services: 5 There was a shared space for breakfast, but as it was not included we didn't ever go there. Only passed by after it was already closed. Cafeteria style with just chairs and tables. Didn't look like anything special. No common area for people to hang out, but that was not something I would expect them to have.
• Staff: 7.5 Staff members were all polite and helpful when we requested assistance. The night help had minimal knowledge of the systems and couldn't seem to really offer us help on our reservation or room.
• Quietness: 5 When the doors are closed (we had a small balcony) the room is (almost) blissfully quiet. I was woken up on one night by some extremely excited partiers who were SCREAMING in the street, but otherwise I didn't hear much on the busy street after we went to sleep. If we had wanted to keep the doors open, we would have been very disappointed. it's central location was convenient for tourist-ing and for partying but it meant the streets were very loud at night. This didn't bother me at all, but I know some value their quiet and might not prefer this hotel because of that.
• Room: 7.5 Very good for a basic, inexpensive, european hotel. the room was small and a bit old, but everything was clean, the bed was acceptably comfortable and the decor was tasteful, if a bit dated. Our balcony was AWESOME, it was really nice to be in your room resting but feel like you are apart of the life on the street below.
• Value for money: 10 Absolutely got what we paid for. Very pleased.

• Value for money: 5 Online it showed a deal for Bed & Breakfast. When we chose to take the non-cancellation option it removed the breakfast from the deal. As the hotel wanted another €12 for breakfast we looked elsewhere for it.
