• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Not enough staff in ground floor entertainment bar. 2 behind bar and 1 to service tables. However staff were excellent. Quieter bar outside restaurant did not open for the whole Christmas period.

• Negative: Food is at times dry or over cooked as its left sitting out too long. The pool was not heated as it says on the website. It would be nice to be able to share facilities at the Angela or Florida spa.

• Quietness: 7.5 Music is loud in rooms but it does finish at 11 which was a reasonable time
• Room: 7.5 Nice to see the upgrades taking place but bathrooms still look worn and need to benefit from the same quality upgrade that the room has had
• Value for money: 7.5 Overall good, shame we had to join two rooms to facilitate a family of 4 and thus rally pushed up the price I wanted to pay. Nice that our request for joining rooms was fulfilled
