UNO DE LOS DÍAS NOS CORTARON EL AGUA Y NO AVISARON. EL CALOR DENTRO DE LOS ASCENSORES HA SIDO ¡HORRIBLE! TODOS LOS CLIENTES HACIENDO ASPAVIENTOS DENTRO Y DESHIDRATÁNDONOS, AL PRINCIPIO SE PODÍAN ACTIVAR LOS VENTILADORES, LUEGO MISTERIOSAMENTE DEJARON DE FUNCIONAR -LAMENTABLE!!-.
• Staff: 5 EN CUANTO AL PERSONAL, LA RECEPCIÓN MUY BIEN PERO EL SERVICIO DEL BAR DE LA PISCINA NO SON PROFESIONALES EN EL TRATO CON LOS CLIENTES, ME REFIERO PARTICULARMENTE EN CÓMO TRATAN A LOS EXTRANJEROS (QUE SON "GUIRIS" Y VIEJOS, PERO NO IDIOTAS), Y A MÍ ME CONFUNCIERON CON UNA Y ME TRATARON IGUAL... CUANDO SE PERCATARON QUE NO LO ERA LA COSA CAMBIÓ, SOBRE TODO PORQUE ME VIERON ENFADADA.

• Room: 5 LA SITUACIÓN DEL HOTEL ES FANTÁSTICA Y COMO EN VERANO SE HACE VIDA EN LA PLAYA Y EN LA CALLE PUES SIGUE "MERECIENDO" LA PENA, LAS VISTAS SON IMPRESIONANTES TAMBIÉN, PERO EL EQUIPAMIENTO Y LAS HABITACIONES EN GENERAL NECESITAN UNA RENOVACIÓN URGENTE!. ME PARECE FATAL QUE NO TENGAN MINIBAR, AUNQUE LAS NEVERAS NO REFRIGERAN, ASÍ QUE IMAGINO QUE LO HABRÁN SUPRIMIDO POR ESO.
