• Positive: From the start of our holiday Alicia in reception was very helpful and allocated us a good room overlooking the pool and a wonderful view. All the staff - cleaners, reception, handyman, bar staff and restaurant - all excellent. We booked full board and thoroughly enjoyed our lunches - hopefully you will be offering the 'over 55 full board deal' again for December and next March.
• Negative: Unfortunately you still have a problem with having all the entertainment in the patio lounge. The sound is really bad and people want to sit and chat or dance to background type music. You need to open up the entertainment room downstairs and put all the cabaret acts down there - result - everyone happy !

• Negative: The hotel was cold. No heating on in the hotel. Even though the weather was terrible we had to come back to a cold hotel. We had to put jackets and cardigans on to eat in the restaurant. The first floor lounge was too cold to sit in.
