• Cleanliness: 10 My room was spotless and all the common areas were always kept clean, especially the cloakrooms
• Location: 10 Fab. Right on the Paseo and within walking distance of everything.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Plenty of places to sit in comfort, when the weather was poor. Just a shame that there was no coffee available in the lounges when the waether was bad, so we went up to our rooms, made drinks and brought them down.
• Staff: 10 The staff on reception were very helpful and kind. The staff in the dining room were courteous and efficient and the ladies who looked after my room were fast and kept it beautifully clean.Thank you to everyone.
• Quietness: 5 The large bins seem to be emptied around 04.30 every morning.
• Room: 10 A fabulous room. Please may I have it the next time I come to visit!
• Value for money: 10 A wonderful hotel.
