• Positive: The service received in the hotel restaurant by Diego and his colleagues.
• Negative: The appalling service given at the reception desk when ever I requested help.

• Cleanliness: 5 There were parts of the bedroom that needed cleaning.
• Location: 10 The location on the sea front was good for access to everything we needed.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Facilities were reasonable
• Staff: 5 The restaurant staff were excellent but the reception staff unhelpful and at times off hand.
• Quietness: 5 The room had noise from the downstairs acts during the evening although we were on a upper floor
• Room: 7.5 The room was big with good layout and view excellent.
• Value for money: 5 I felt we got what we paid for but nothing special and service was far lower than the 1 star we left in Marbella.
