• Positive: The location - beautiful setting. The pool area is lovely and the reception desk staff are helpful. They booked alhambra tickets for me.
• Negative: Some hotel staff were rude and my room wasn't as clean as it should be. The rooms are also paper thin and you can hear every word from guests next door. I was kept awake until 3am because of the guests next door.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Room was not as clean as it should be. Hair all over the floor and in the bath. Floor was dirty.

• Staff: 2.5 Reception staff good. But bar/cafe staff rude and staff around the pool area very rude. I asked for a sunbed and the man I asked shewed me away and shut the door in my face. I found a number of male staff arrogant, rude and unhelpful. Like they had a problem with women! This was unsettling as I was staying alone at the hotel.
• Quietness: 2.5 No outside noise but noise from other rooms was ridiculous.
• Room: 10 Terrace was amazing
• Value for money: 5 I paid 150 euros for 1 night so I would have liked my experience to have been a better one

• Positive: Una atención 10 por parte de Susana - una magnífica recepciónista y buena vendedora, pero por encima de todo una maravillosa persona que, al ver que estábamos en un apuro nos ayudó.
• Negative: Lo que menos nos gustó fue volver a las 00:00 después del paseo en autobús y luego espectaculo flamenco hambrientos como lobos y que en el hotel no hubiese nisiquiera una máquina con sándwiches o yogures o patatas fritas al fin -Lo Que Sea- para comer! Pues no está en el centro de la ciudad y el echo de tener alguna opción a la comida para los que llegan tarde sería una buena idea comercial.
