• Staff: 7.5 Ils ne parlent pas français ms sont très gentils et font tout pour nous satisfaire
• Quietness: 5 On entendait malheureusemt le voisin comme s il était dans la salle de bain sinon pas de bruits extérieurs
• Room: 5 Chambre assez spacieuse, vue sur des batiments dc top mais bon on est pas a barcelone pour ça
• Value for money: 7.5

• Quietness: 2.5 No problems with outside noise but as stated oreviously the costant whine of the lift motors was not pleasant. The walls between the adjoining room was lacking any soundproofing, could hear every word and sexual actions of the couple in there. Very disappointing when paid extra for best rooms hotel had to offer

• Value for money: 2.5 I made a mistake , thought the Grums was 5*. The price paid was equal to that charged by other 5*. Stayed previous in the Claris which is a whole different experience for same cost
