• Negative: Having only 15 minutes to deal with my luggage, and then being required to park - and ultimately collect - my car, after a long drive to reach the hotel. Other hotels have a car parking service. The coffee shop was rarely open, and bar service was surly and very grudging.

• Common facilities and services: Not rated No car parking service. I was unable to sample the coffee bar because it was only open once during my two-night, and then the staff of one left, immediately after serving a single round of drinks. Apparently the bar closes before 11 pm.

• Room: 10 we had two rooms: one with double bed and one with two twin beds. The first one was larger than the second one. The size of the second room was a bit small.
