• Staff: 10 Very friendly. Restaurant servers were great.

• Room: 7.5 Room was beautiful. No view to speak of as we overlooked the parking lot for the Alhambra but that was OK because we weren't in our room long enough to want a view. Bed was very hard but we were so exhausted after our days of touring Granada it didn't impede our sleep.
