• Negative: That we had to pay cash on our arrival for our daughter (allegedly caused by computer malfunction), being the third person in our room.

• Location: 10 Walking distance to many places including las Ramblas and the Playa

• Staff: 10 Albert was the best!
• Quietness: 10 You%27re in the Gothic Area, so don%27t always expect it to be very quiet. It%27s in the middle of so much, which was best for me! It was in the quieter section of the Gothic section.
• Room: 10 Room 201 was very spacious for 3 people! High ceilings and room for a couch.
• Value for money: 7.5 Yes, got what I paid for.

• Staff: 7.5 Met about 5 members of staff, 4 of whom were great, one was a little miserable for my liking. Maybe he was having a bad day.
