• Location: 7.5 Right in the centre of things .it is pedestianised and the taxi driver would not take us to the door . a little daunting if you arrived without a map

• Common facilities and services: 10 The tea/coffee and pastry facilities were a nice touch. We had breakfast the first morning in the hotel as there was a discount, but we chose to get breakfast elsewhere as we felt the breakfast was a bit overpriced.
• Staff: 10 Staff were very nice and helpful, the only downside to this was that on our first night we were recommended Nexes for something to eat. This is a terrible restuarant - filthy and over priced. We found somewhere else the second night our selves and had a much nicer experience and it did not cost as much.
• Quietness: 7.5 Slight noise from the road, nothing to worry about.
• Room: 7.5 Our room was fine, however the air conditioning did not work and the room got very warm at night. Our friends were on the third floor in a tiny room and this was like an oven and was totally unacceptable. Unfortunately our friend s did not want to complain, so they had to but up with for thier entire stay.
• Value for money: 7.5 Excellent value for money considering its location. Could do better on some of the smaller rooms. Get the staff to brush up on the restuarants in the area as I%27m sure there a lot better ones than Nexes that was recommended. Also could look at the lift(very slow) and the airconditioning in the rooms.
