• Cleanliness: 5 Mould on bathroom ceiling. Bottom of bath was stained Hair + back from a plaster on floor under bed on arrival-gone by next morning.
• Location: 10 Central-ideal for sightseeing + lots of places to eat nearby either for a snack or a full meal
• Common facilities and services: 5 Free coffee + cakes at the bar are a nice touch, but the coffee was never very hot. Good to have a safe in the room, but a bit much to have to pay for the key key!
• Staff: 7.5 Ignored my e-mails requesting a balcony + possibility of dropping off our bags early. However, we arrived early + our room was ready-but perhaps that explains lack of view? view
• Quietness: 5 OK with window closed.However, we expected some noise due to the location + this did not bother us
• Room: 2.5 Tiny room with a window at floor height-no view whatsoever! Air con. seemed to be either very hot or very cold-nothing in between
• Value for money: 5 All OK till we came to the bathroom-I really would not have fancied having a bath-thankfully there was a shower so I only needed to stand in it!

• Location: 10 Perfect located for shopping, bars restaurant, 3 min from La Rambla.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Lovely with free coffes and pasterys in the afternoon, not to mention the welcoming cava glas when arriving.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful staff. Pleasant.
• Quietness: 10 Our room in 308 was perfect, we didnt notice any traffic noise etc.
• Room: 7.5 Most rooms have a small balcony, our had a larger balcony :)
