• Staff: 5 A la llegada al hotel no nos informaron del precio del parking, ni nos dijeron las horas de las comidas. Llegamos a la 13:00 y hasta las 14:00 no pudimos ocupar la habitacion porque estaba sin limpiar.
• Quietness: 7.5 La piscina siempre esta llena de niños y hay que madrugar para poder RESERVAR una tumbona, y muchas estan todo el dia reservadas y no hay nadie que las ocupe.

• Positive: The rooms were great and exactly like pictured online. the grounds were nice, nothing exceptional but pleasant enough. the food in the restaurant (not poolside) was fantastic. Rooms were very clean, the maids are a credit to this hotel.
• Negative: The service was absolutely terrible, the worst I have encountered anywhere in the world. 20+ minute waits for drinks from the bar even though no one else was waiting. Reception staff are friendly and have good English initially, yet when you complain they play dumb. Food by the pool was awful, orders were made incorrectly and took 40 minutes to rectify. You were not allowed to eat poolside - I have stayed at 7* hotels where you can. lack of towels, they ran out daily. lack of sunbeds - people had to lay towels out on the ground. Weddings. they had 2 on the Saturday night - closing the restaurant. the service to the wedding clients looked very good and attentive - perhaps this is where the hotel makes their money ?! Majority of staff did not speak English and there was no English pool side menu. Pool and bar staff with one exception very aloof, looked troubled to be serving you Paying 15€ a day for the car park. If you are not looking for good service and your priority is a nice room this hotel is great, if you have come to expect good service this hotel is not for you.
