• Negative: Some staff aren't very service minded, which in my opinion is common to Spain. Put on a smile and pretend you like your job. But overall a minor issue taken into account the rest of the hotel's plusses.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 For instance, we stayed in a suite w/bubble bath: we didn't use the bubbles because of the visible fungus growing in the jet streams.
• Location: 10 Best feature of the hotel by far.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 For an A-class hotel it could step up a little.
• Staff: 7.5 Most staff (esp. lobby) are very friendly and service oriented, a few don't seem to have fun in what they do every day.
• Quietness: 10 As said, a haven of tranquility.
• Room: 7.5 Besides some cracks in the walls, hairs in the bathroom and fungus in the bath tub, very well styled! Good size for a junior suite w/dito amenities.
• Value for money: 10 Can't expect a Four Season approach or a One&Only experience, and didn't do so. Really good for money. Improved since we visited two years ago. We're very well still in love with Hotel Huerto del Cura!
