• Negative: Reception staff rude and not helpful, mold in rooms, rooms are in desperate need of overhaul and lot of small things needs to be fixed. The manager and reception manager are unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. I went there with a big group of friends, we are all very unhappy with this hotel.

• Staff: Not rated Manager and reception staff are very bad, not seen as rude staff before in a long time.
• Quietness: Not rated The doors in the rooms are paper thin with opening under the door, you can hear people talk outside the hall and the doors slam so you get waken multiple times in the night.
• Room: Not rated Rooms need overhaul, showers are terrible, have to hold the showerhead while you shower, loose cabinets, and furniture, mold in the rooms, (all 6 rooms we had). Lightning was the worst I have seen, there was no way to control lightning in all the rooms, when you turn on the lights for the bathroom you turn on the whole room etc. The noise from other rooms and hallway are unbearable. I have contacted the Ministeri de Salut to inform them about the mold and health issues at this hotel.
• Value for money: Not rated not good value for this bad hotel.

• Negative: No poder controlar la temperatura de la habitación. Estabamos a 30 grados y no ha bajado, por mas que supuestamente la han intentado bajar desde la recepción, quienes llevan el control de la temperatura.

• Value for money: 5 Algo caro a pesar de que el hotel está muy bien. Lo atribuyo a que hemos cogido la reserva con muy poco tiempo.
