• Positive: that the breakfast was open till 10.30 / 11 o clock. The central location of the hotel to the metro, city center etc that it was possible to change the room and book the breakfast additional the variety of the breakfast
• Negative: the missing aircondition in the bathroom (after showering it was very hot inside) the aircondition/heating in the room, which did not work. the english languages level of the stuff was bad The meal in bar ( we have eaten pizza) was horrible.

• Positive: Quarto 5, no mesmo andar da portaria, reformado recentemente com área externa muito agradável. Bem localizado, pertinho do metro Porta de Toledo. Café da manhã farto e variado.
• Negative: A limpeza, além de não ter sido colocado sabão líquido no chuveiro. Apesar da reclamação feita na recepção tb não foi colocado. Tb as outras coisas de banheiro não foram recolocadas (sabonete, shampoo, touca de banho,...). Isto foi bem desagradável.
