• Staff: 2.5 Bad management and rouitines/service in the breakfast & lunch restaurants. Some examples; 40 min waiting time for the menus in a half full restaurant. Nuts in a sauce although it had no such symbols on the menu- Very dangerous! Some Non English speaking staff in the restaurants. 5 star...come on!!!!
