• Location: 7.5 Location by the sea was very nice
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Two problem areas: 1) Operation staff sizing: At pool and top level bar. In pool bar order of two mohitos took more than 30 minutes to deliver and at the roof margarita and gin&tonic too more than 20 minutes. In both cases I think service level is below five star rating. On the other hand, breakfast and lobby were almost overserved. 2) Incompletenes of the gym facility: Few small things, e.g. Access to gym through fire exit stairs, aircon not working at the gym, construction staff using gym as access route. This felt a bit undersized and incomplete when comparing to other five star hotels.
• Staff: 10 Very proactive, very good attitude and language skills

• Room: 7.5 We were "upgraded" to room 005, which is fairly small and "full". The private garden Access was nice, but you could consider making it even more exclusive by enabling Access to the pool through the garden. This just as an idea how to improve the value of the ground floor rooms, which do not get any sun.
• Value for money: 5 We did not try the restaurant for dinner so I cannot comment on that, but two mohitos in a pool bar should not take half an hour to from the order
