• Positive: Overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel provided a quality of service and surroundings that I would expect from a five star hotel. The staff were attentive, friendly and curteous at all times. My wife and I fully intend to return in the future.
• Negative: The turndown service was a little inconsistent in relation to timing. On one occasion this was provided at 7.15 in the evening, somewhat early. This was not a major concern but I thought it was worth commenting on. occasion
