• Location: 10 Walking distance to the Plaza Mayor and across the street from the metro stop, very easy to get to where you want to go.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The breakfast is good, furnature is a little dated but it adds a somewhat unique touch.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful staff, fast check-in and check-out, walked me to a local restaurant, gladly helped get transportation to the airport.
• Quietness: 7.5 Some street noise but that's downtown Madrid.
• Room: 7.5 Rooms are comfortably sized, bathrooms are a little small but very clean, the shower's leak onto the floor.
• Value for money: 7.5
