• Positive: The older gentleman at the front desk with the American Accent - he was so helpful and friendly - made us feel very welcome. Also, the gentleman who helped us with our bags was incredibly polite and friendly too.

• Positive: clean, comfortable, and simple rooms. available wi-fi and excellent staff.
• Negative: Mixed blessing: house keeping started very early cleaning rooms (which allowed us to check in early), but also prevented sleeping in after late nights. Perhaps find a way to silence the door on housekeeping closet so it doesn't slam each time it is opened?

• Quietness: 5 Lots of noise in the square 2 out of 3 nights which not even the excellent windows could entirely conceal.

• Location: 10 Puerta del Sol metro stop literally steps from the Hotel door - great shopping and nightlife in the immediate area.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5

• Quietness: 5 Located on Puerta del Sol - which is busy and exciting until about 3:00am. I recommend the balcony rooms for some great people watching - the rooms are very quiet once the windows/doors are shut, could not hear much noise going on outside.
• Room: 5 I had the double room, was a little tight for two people, but it was adequate and comfortable enough. Highly recommend the room with a balcony on Puerta del Sol.
• Value for money: 10
