  • Negative: Habitación con mobiliario algo antiguo (el año pasado me alojé y me dieron una habitación ya reformada fenomenal)

  • Location: 7.5 Buena situación con restaurantes y bares cercanos y estación de metro en la misma Pta de Toledo
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 Las instalaciones del hotel, por lo que he visto están bastante bien, superando a algunos hoteles de 4 * en los que me he alojado
  • Staff: 10 No tengo nínguna queja, al contrario. Sólo me queda felicitarlos por su trato amable y atento.
  • Quietness: 5 Con las ventanas abiertas, llega bastante ruido del exterior, ya que está situado en una zona de bastante tráfico. Con las ventanas cerradas, practicamente no se escucha nada
  • Room: 5 Conozco las habitaciones simples y dobles y ambas tienen buen tamaño con un equipamiento normal. Esta vez me tocó una habitación sin reformar, por lo que se nota el paso de los años, pero era confortable.
  • Value for money: 7.5 La verdad es que el precio está bastante bien, ya que esta situado en una buena zona y las instalaciones son correctas

  • Positive: excelente, relación calidad-precio: muy superior a la esperada. Reservé habitación individual y me dieron doble, un gran detalle (siempre que es posible). Muchas gracias. La cafetería con reposteria y muy buenos desayunos.
