• Negative: The food was awful and our room (268) was more like a prison than a hotel! And the pillows are awful; like bags of broken foam pieces in a sack!

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Very clean hotel - especially the toilets although the hand dryers are from the 1970's and simply don't dry your hands.
• Location: 7.5 A perfect spot on the beach road and a good distance from the town centre noise
• Common facilities and services: 5 Pool area too cramped with loungers too close to be comfortable.
• Staff: 10 Such a lovely bunch of people
• Quietness: 7.5 Not too bad at all
• Room: Not rated Our room overlooked the back of the adjacent property. It had horrible pillows, even though they claim to have a "Pillow Menu" - they are just different sizes of foam filled sacks which make your face sweat at night.
• Value for money: 2.5 At €189 per room night these guys are clearly cutting costs on the food quality, honestly, I have never had such a poor buffet selection in my life.

• Common facilities and services: 5 The proximity to the beach is great, especially for families, the pool is lovely - however too many families ignore the fact that there are other guests who may like to use the pool and overload the pool with lilos and inflatables
