• Location: 10 The hotel is located at the quieter end of the Porta Pollensa sea front but still within walking distance of all amenities
• Common facilities and services: 10 The hotel has everything from restaurant, pool, gym, bike storage etc.
• Staff: 10 All very pleasant and attentive
• Quietness: 10 Our room was on the front side of the building overlooking the seafront road but at night when the windows were closed (air conditioning on!) it was completely quiet

• Positive: Everything about the hotel was perfect. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were very clean, the food selection was suitable for all tastes and the garden and shrubs were kept in tip top condition.

• Negative: Our ground floor room in the annex building which was meant to have a sea view, but didn't really.

• Cleanliness: Not rated The room was dusty - the terrace had not been cleaned before we arrived and never was. The bed spread on both beds were marked/stained. The bathroom floor was never washed while we were there for a week. I think basically the chamber maid just made the bed every morning and that was it.

• Staff: 2.5 Especially the receptionist who checked us in. Unfortunately we never got her name to report her. She sighed at everything we asked - she was quite rude - everything was an effort for her. She did not make us feel welcome to the hotel. I was tempted to check out again.

• Room: Not rated It was a small room with no view as we had requested and very little amenities.
• Value for money: Not rated Totally overpriced. I would say it borders on a 3 star not a 4 star hotel.
