• Staff: 10 particularly good and attentive. In all areas of the hotel, the staff were hardworking, willing to please and genuinely appeared to be happy in their work. Very refreshing to see & experience!

• Positive: Service was excellent, apart from a young Girl on reception, who was not very helpful.
• Negative: The roadworks outside, It was like being on a building site, patrons should have been notified about the roadworks before their arrival. You could not use your balcony at certain times due to the noise outside, its normally a very relaxing holiday, not this time though. Seriously thinking about using a different hotel next year, as many of the cyclists that normally come have. Any further comments are based on my experience this year, previous years have been fine.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Room not always cleaned although towels were changed, toiletries not always topped up either.
• Location: 10 Excellent location. Downside was the roadworks right outside.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Pool area was kept nice.
• Staff: 7.5 Waiting staff were very nice and helpful.
• Quietness: 2.5 Roadworks outside. I requested a top floor and got the second, people above were very noisy, not the hotels fault though.
• Room: 7.5 Good size room.
• Value for money: 5 Expensive for what you get.
